Our championship belts follow a fixed manufacturing path — design and prototyping, CNC engraving, polishing, plating, leather assembly, then a final quality check before packing and shipping.
Every stage is completed in-house so finish quality, timing, and final presentation stay under one standard.
Every championship belt starts as a technical drawing and 3D prototype. Crest layout, plate proportions, and finish details are locked on screen — with sketches and calipers — before any metal is cut.
Approved designs move to the CNC engraving room. Design setup, rough engraving, detail engraving, finishing passes, and a hands-on quality check carve deep 3D relief into solid plates.
Engraved plates are buffed on industrial polishing wheels, then chemically washed to clear residue, restore a mirror surface, and prepare clean metal for plating.
Plates travel the electroplating line: cleaning and degreasing, nickel plating, silver plating, gold plating, then rinse and dry. Enamel, paint, and stone setting finish the crests before the strap is built.
Premium leather is selected, cut, dyed, embossed, lined, and finished. Plates are aligned and secured, hardware is installed, and the complete belt is inspected as one piece.
A full quality-check process covers plate alignment, enamel, stone setting, engraving, strap stitching, hardware, and overall finish. Approved belts are then packed and shipped worldwide.
